More Details on Our Top Picks
Everlasting Comfort Upgraded Neck Pillow for Airplanes – Memory Foam Travel Headrest for Flying – Portable Multi-Position Travel Pillows with 360° Support
This pillow stands out for offering comprehensive 360° support, thanks to its memory foam construction that contours to the neck and shoulders. Unlike the Cabeau Evolution S3, which includes seat straps and a more complex support system, this model provides a softer, more forgiving feel that appeals to travelers seeking comfort without extra setup. Its adjustable design and breathable cover make it versatile for different sleeping positions, but some users may find the softness less supportive for prolonged naps. The portable strap enhances convenience, yet the shape might not suit those who prefer firm, rigid support or side sleepers. This pick makes the most sense for travelers who value plush comfort and simplicity in a lightweight form.Pros:- Provides 360° ergonomic support for neck and shoulders
- Adjustable and versatile for different sleeping positions
- Breathable, machine washable cover for easy cleaning
- Portable with a velcro strap for travel convenience
Cons:- May be too soft for users preferring firmer support
- Size may not fit all body types comfortably
- Shape less suitable for side sleepers
Best for: Travelers who prioritize plush, all-around support and easy adjustability during long flights
Not ideal for: People who need firmer support or have larger necks, as the pillow might feel too soft or small
- Material:Memory Foam
- Color:Gray
- Shape:Semicircular
- Pattern:Solid
- Age Range:Adult
- Number of Pieces:1
Our verdict“Ideal for travelers seeking a soft, supportive pillow that offers simple, all-around comfort.”
Cabeau Evolution S3 Airplane Travel Pillow for Long Flights – Supportive Memory Foam Body Positioner with Seat Straps in Jet Black
The Cabeau Evolution S3 excels at preventing head bobbing and maintaining proper spine alignment with its innovative seat strap system, making it a top choice for those who find standard pillows insufficient on long flights. Compared to the Everlasting Comfort pillow, which offers plush, soft support, the Evolution S3 provides a firmer, more structured experience. Its dual-density memory foam adapts well to different body types, but the setup with seat straps can be cumbersome for quick trips or casual use. While the washable cover adds convenience, some users may find the straps and chin clasp uncomfortable during extended wear. This pillow suits travelers who need dependable neck and spine support with active support features.Pros:- Provides excellent neck and spine support for long flights
- Prevents head bobbing with patented seat strap system
- Compact and travel-friendly with washable cover
- Adjustable chin clasp for a personalized fit
Cons:- Bulky for very short trips or minimal support needs
- Requires setup with seat straps for optimal use
- Some may find the chin clasp uncomfortable
Best for: Frequent flyers and travelers who need reliable, anti-bob support and spine alignment during long flights
Not ideal for: Casual travelers or those seeking a simple, soft pillow without added support features or setup effort
- Material:Memory Foam
- Color:Jet Black
- Size:Fits neck sizes 12-18 inches
- Certifications:CertiPUR-US
- Features:Seat straps, adjustable chin clasp, washable cover
Our verdict“Best suited for travelers who prioritize firm support and spine alignment over simplicity.”
FlyHugz® Neck Travel Pillow Memory Foam, Gray
The FlyHugz pillow offers a straightforward, comfortable support option with its memory foam core and adjustable Velcro strap, making it ideal for travelers who want a personalized fit. Compared to the Ciorl model, which emphasizes flat-back design and added accessories, FlyHugz focuses on lightweight, versatile support that adapts to different neck sizes. Its breathable, washable cover enhances hygiene and comfort, but some users may find the foam takes time to fully expand, and the support level might not satisfy those needing very firm or very soft support. It fits well into carry-on bags, making it perfect for those seeking minimal bulk and quick setup.Pros:- Provides excellent neck support and comfort during travel
- Adjustable Velcro for a customizable fit
- Breathable, washable cover for hygiene
- Lightweight and compact for easy packing
Cons:- May not fit all neck sizes perfectly without adjustment
- Memory foam may take time to fully expand
- Support level may be insufficient for some users
Best for: Travelers who want a customizable, lightweight pillow with easy packing for long journeys
Not ideal for: People with very large or very small necks needing precise support without adjustment
- Material:Memory Foam
- Color:Gray
- Weight:4.5 oz
- Features:Breathable fabric, washable cover, adjustable Velcro
Our verdict“Perfect for travelers seeking a lightweight, adjustable pillow for flexible comfort on the move.”
Ciorl Neck Pillow for Traveling, Travel Pillow for Airplanes, Black
The Ciorl neck pillow’s flat-back shape is designed to keep the head upright, making it a strong choice for those who dislike traditional round pillows that allow head tilt. Its high-quality memory foam offers reliable support, and the foldable, compact design makes it easy to carry and store. Unlike the more plush Everlasting Comfort, this pillow emphasizes support over softness, which may suit travelers with larger necks or those who prefer a firmer feel. The washable cover adds convenience, but the limited color options and the fact that foam shouldn’t be exposed to water are minor inconveniences. This pillow makes sense for travelers who prioritize head positioning and portability.Pros:- Adjustable size for a personalized fit
- High-quality memory foam provides firm support
- Foldable and compact for travel convenience
- Washable and breathable cover
Cons:- Memory foam should not be washed or exposed to water
- Limited color options (only black)
- Less suitable for side sleepers or those seeking plush comfort
Best for: Travelers who want a supportive, flat-back pillow that keeps their head upright during long flights
Not ideal for: Those who prefer soft, plush support or need a pillow with more contouring for side sleeping
- Material:Memory Foam
- Color:Black
- Shape:Semicircular
- Includes:Eye mask, earplugs, carry bag
- Brand:Ciorl
- Age Range:Adult
Our verdict“Ideal for travelers seeking a supportive, portable pillow that maintains head posture during long flights.”
Inflatable Travel Pillow, Airplane Neck Pillow Supports Head and Chin for Airplanes, Trains, Cars, Office (Grey)
The inflatable design of this pillow offers a quick, customizable fit, inflating in about five seconds and providing support for the head and chin during travel or office breaks. It’s a practical choice for those who value space-saving storage and easy inflation, especially compared to foam pillows like the FlyHugz or Everlasting Comfort. However, the inflatable nature means support can vary depending on the amount of air, and over-inflation or leaks could affect comfort. Its hollow arm support adds a unique ergonomic touch, but it may not provide enough support for very long trips or users needing firm neck stabilization. This pillow appeals to those who need versatile, portable support that can be deflated after use.Pros:- Ergonomic support with adjustable inflation
- Fast inflation with dual valve in 5 seconds
- Made of soft, washable, odorless PVC
- Hollow arm support adds comfort and convenience
Cons:- Limited color options
- Support may diminish if not inflated properly
- Inflatable design may require careful handling to prevent leaks
Best for: Travelers and office workers seeking a quick, adjustable support option that’s easy to pack and store
Not ideal for: People who need consistently firm support or dislike inflatable pillows with potential leaks
- Material:PVC flocking
- Color:Grey
- Inflation Time:5 seconds
- Valve Type:Dual valve
- Design Features:Ergonomic 45° angle, hollow arm support
- Use Cases:Travel, office, home
Our verdict“Best suited for travelers and office users who want quick, adjustable support with minimal bulk.”
Napfun Travel Neck Pillow with Memory Foam, Portable Airplane Headrest Support, Light Grey
This pillow excels at providing personalized neck and chin support thanks to high-quality memory foam that contours to your shape. Its compact design and included travel bag make it highly portable, ideal for frequent travelers who prioritize comfort on the go. Compared with the Ostrichpillow GO, it offers a softer, more adaptable feel, but may be too firm for those who prefer plush support. The limited color options and the need for some time to fully compress are minor tradeoffs in exchange for its supportive design. This pick is best for travelers who want reliable neck support without excess bulk, especially on airplanes or long train rides.
Pros:- Provides excellent neck and chin support during travel
- Made of high-quality memory foam for personalized comfort
- Compact and portable with a travel bag
Cons:- May be too firm for some users
- Limited color options
Best for: Frequent travelers seeking a supportive, portable pillow that molds to their neck
Not ideal for: Users who prefer a softer, more plush feel or need a variety of colors for style coordination
- Material:Memory Foam
- Color:Light Grey
- Features:Chin support, portable, contoured for comfort
Our verdict“This pillow is ideal for travelers who prioritize support and portability over softness or style variety.”
Side Support Travel Pillow
The Side Support Travel Pillow distinguishes itself with raised sides and dual-density memory foam, offering stable head support that helps prevent slumping during long flights. Its adjustable fit via a front buckle ensures it accommodates a range of neck sizes, making it a solid choice for those who want customizable support. Unlike the more compact Napfun pillow, this model’s bulkier design might be less convenient for tight carry-on spaces. Its breathable, cooling fabric enhances comfort, but it’s less suited for travelers with very slim or short necks. Overall, this pillow makes the most sense for frequent flyers who value stability and adjustability in their travel support gear.
Pros:- Provides stable head support during long flights
- Adjustable fit for different neck sizes
- Breathable and cooling materials
Cons:- May not be suitable for very short or slim necks
- Designed primarily for average adult neck sizes
- Potentially bulky for some carry-on spaces
Best for: Travelers who want stable, customizable head support during long flights
Not ideal for: Lightpackers or those with very slim or short necks who need a more compact option
- Height of raised sides:4.3 inches
- Neck size compatibility:14–16.5 inches
- Material:Cooling ice-silk fabric, dual-density memory foam
- Adjustability:Front buckle
- Washable:Yes
Our verdict“Ideal for travelers seeking stability and adjustability but willing to accept some bulk for enhanced support.”
SkytraxComf® Travel Neck Pillow with Hood for Privacy on Long Flights
This pillow stands out for its oversized hood, which provides privacy and light blocking—features that can significantly enhance sleep quality on noisy or bright flights. Its adjustable support for chin and neck, combined with a supportive memory foam core, makes it a versatile choice for those who need to create a private, dark environment. Compared with the simpler designs like the BUYUE pillow, the SkytraxComf offers a more immersive experience but at the expense of increased bulk and less portability. The removable, washable cover and inclusion of earplugs add convenience. This pillow suits travelers who value privacy and want to block out distractions but are okay with a slightly bulkier design.
Pros:- Provides privacy and light blocking with an oversized hood
- Adjustable support for personalized comfort
- Memory foam cushions neck and shoulders
- Removable, washable cover
Cons:- May require fluffing after compression
- Bulkier design less portable for some travelers
Best for: Passengers who want privacy and light blocking for restful sleep on long flights
Not ideal for: Travelers prioritizing minimal size or seeking a more traditional, lightweight pillow
- Hood:Oversized, light-blocking
- Support:Adjustable chin and neck support with drawstring and buckle
- Material:High-density memory foam
- Cover:Removable, washable
- Includes:Earplugs, carry pouch
Our verdict“Best suited for those who need privacy and darkness to sleep well, accepting some bulk and reduced portability.”
Ostrichpillow GO Travel Pillow, 360° Memory Foam Support, Soft & Washable
The Ostrichpillow GO offers a unique 360-degree ergonomic design with asymmetrical sides, providing flexible support that molds to your neck from all angles. Its high-density memory foam offers firm, reliable support, making it suitable for those who want a more structured feel compared to the plush Napfun pillow. The Velcro closure allows for adjustable fit, but may be less durable over time compared to seamless designs. Its compact size and washable modal cover make it travel-friendly, yet the moderate customer rating suggests some users find it less comfortable than expected. This pillow makes sense for travelers seeking a highly customizable, supportive experience with a focus on ergonomics rather than softness.
Pros:- Provides excellent neck support with high-density memory foam
- Adjustable fit with Velcro and asymmetrical sides
- Removable, washable cover for easy cleaning
- Compact and lightweight for travel
Cons:- Velcro closure may be less durable over time
Best for: Travelers who want a highly adjustable, ergonomic support with a structured feel
Not ideal for: Those preferring softer, plush pillows or with a low tolerance for Velcro closures
- Material:Memory Foam, Modal
- Design:360° ergonomic, asymmetrical sides
- Closure:Velcro
- Cover:Removable and washable
- Compresses to:60% of original size
Our verdict“Great for travelers who prioritize ergonomic, customizable support over softness or simplicity.”
BUYUE Travel Neck Pillow for Airplanes, Memory Foam Support with Eye Mask, Earplugs, and Storage Bag (Adult, Grey)
The BUYUE pillow offers a versatile travel experience with 360-degree memory foam support, complemented by included accessories like an eye mask, earplugs, and a storage bag. Its flexible support options and breathable, skin-friendly cover make it suitable for different sleep positions during long flights. Compared with the SkytraxComf, it’s slightly less bulky and more straightforward in design, though some might find the size less suitable for smaller necks. The addition of travel accessories adds value but might be unnecessary for infrequent travelers. This pillow suits those who want a comprehensive travel kit for restful naps, with adjustable and multi-position support.
Pros:- Supports multiple sleeping positions
- Includes travel accessories like eye mask and earplugs
- Breathable, skin-friendly cover
- Easy to carry with a snap strap
Cons:- Memory foam may feel too firm for some
- Size may not suit smaller necks
Best for: Travelers who want a full support package, including accessories, for long flights
Not ideal for: Light travelers who prefer minimal gear or those with smaller necks who may find the size less fitting
- Material:Memory Foam
- Size:Approx. Dia. 5.5″ x 7.9″ H
- Includes:Eye mask, earplugs, storage bag
- Cover:Machine washable
Our verdict“Best suited for travelers seeking a complete support kit with adjustable features and sleeping accessories.”
Purroch G-Shape Memory Foam Travel Pillow, Neck Pillow
This G-shaped pillow stands out for offering comprehensive 360° support, which helps prevent head drooping and neck fatigue better than traditional U-shaped designs like the BCOZZY. Its high-density memory foam molds to the neck, providing firm support, but this bulkier shape can be less convenient for packing or carrying around. The breathable, skin-friendly fabric enhances comfort, especially during longer flights, though it may retain heat for some users. Including an eye mask and earplugs makes it a complete travel kit, ideal for those who prioritize full support and added accessories. Compared to more minimalist options, this pillow sacrifices portability for superior neck stabilization.Pros:- Provides full 360° neck support to prevent head dropping
- Made from durable, breathable, and skin-friendly materials
- Includes a complete travel set with eye mask and earplugs
Cons:- May be bulkier than traditional U-shaped pillows
- Memory foam may retain heat for some users
Best for: Travelers who need maximum support and don’t mind a bulkier design for long flights or extended sitting periods
Not ideal for: Light packers or those seeking a compact, space-saving pillow for frequent travel
- Material:High-density memory foam
- Design:G-shaped ergonomic
- Fabric:OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified, breathable, 3D honeycomb weaving
- Includes:Storage bag, eye mask, earplugs
- Cover:Removable and machine washable
Our verdict“Best suited for travelers who prioritize comprehensive neck support and comfort over portability.”
SAIREIDER Travel Pillow 100% Pure Memory Foam Travel Neck Pillow, Airplane Pillow for Traveling, Car, Home, Office, Washable Cover (Black)
The SAIREIDER pillow offers a comprehensive 360° support system, making it a strong alternative to the Purroch G-shape, especially for users who prefer a more traditional, versatile shape. Its adjustable sizes allow a personalized fit, but this feature can make it slightly more complex to find the perfect comfort level. The high-quality memory foam ensures firm, consistent support that adapts well to different sitting scenarios, though it may feel too firm for those who prefer plushness. Its washable cover simplifies maintenance, making it ideal for frequent travelers or office use. Compared with bulkier options, its sleek profile enhances portability, but the limited color options may not appeal to all aesthetic preferences.Pros:- Provides comprehensive neck and head support
- Removable and washable cover for easy maintenance
- Adjustable sizes for personalized comfort
Cons:- Limited color options
- May be too firm for some users
Best for: Frequent travelers who want customizable support and easy cleaning in a compact form
Not ideal for: People seeking a plush, softer pillow or those who prefer a non-adjustable model
- Material:100% Pure Memory Foam
- Cover:Washable fabric
- Support:360° all-around support
- Sizes:Three adjustable sizes
- Color:Black
Our verdict“Ideal for travelers seeking adjustable, supportive, and easy-to-clean neck pillows with a personalized fit.”
Travel Neck Support Pillow with Noise Canceling, Heat, Vibration Massage, and Bluetooth Speaker
This pillow combines ergonomic neck support with tech features, making it a unique choice compared to simpler models like the BCOZZY. Its built-in Bluetooth speaker adds entertainment, and the vibration massage and heat features aim to enhance relaxation, though their actual effectiveness is less clear. The memory foam and skin-friendly fabric provide comfort and support, but the added electronics increase bulk and may drain battery life quickly. It’s perfect for those who want a multi-sensory experience during long flights or work sessions, but travelers seeking lightweight, straightforward support may find it too bulky or overly complex. The stylish design helps it blend into various environments, from planes to offices.Pros:- Combines neck support with music playback for added comfort
- Made from high-quality, skin-friendly materials
- Suitable for various travel and home environments
Cons:- Battery life of the Bluetooth speaker not specified
- May be bulky for some travelers
- Limited info on heat and massage effectiveness
Best for: Tech-savvy travelers who want support combined with entertainment and relaxation features
Not ideal for: Minimalist travelers or those with limited space who prefer a simple neck pillow
- Material:Memory foam, skin-friendly fabric
- Features:Noise reduction, heat, vibration massage, Bluetooth speaker
- Design:Ergonomic, stylish
- Compatibility:Bluetooth-enabled devices
Our verdict“Best for tech enthusiasts who want a multifunctional pillow with entertainment options during travel.”
Neck Travel Pillow for Airplanes Memory Foam Support Compact Ergonomic Design Grey
This semicircular memory foam pillow offers a firm cervical support that stands out for its adjustability through Velcro, which helps it fit a range of neck sizes more securely than the BCOZZY’s fixed shape. Its lightweight construction and included carry bag make it highly portable, ideal for frequent travelers or daily use. However, its support is quite firm, which may be uncomfortable for users preferring softer cushions. The inner foam isn’t washable, and initial odor might be an issue for sensitive users. Compared to bulkier options like the Purroch G-shape, this pillow emphasizes convenience and support in a smaller package, though it sacrifices some plushness and ease of cleaning on the foam itself.Pros:- Provides firm, supportive cervical support for long journeys
- Adjustable Velcro ensures a snug, comfortable fit
- Lightweight and portable with a carry bag
- Machine washable cover for easy cleaning
Cons:- Inner memory foam is not washable
- May have a slight factory scent initially
Best for: Travelers who want a lightweight, adjustable pillow that provides firm support without bulk
Not ideal for: Those who prefer soft, plush pillows or who dislike initial odors and non-washable foam
- Material:Slow rebound memory foam
- Color:Grey
- Weight:6.4 ounces
- Neck Circumference Fit:13-16 inches
- Cover Material:Breathable, quick-dry fabric with 3D honeycomb weaving
- Includes:Carry bag
Our verdict“Best suited for travelers seeking a portable, adjustable, firm support pillow for long flights or daily use.”
BCOZZY Travel Neck Pillow for Airplane – Double Support for Head, Neck, and Chin, Adjustable, Washable, Large, Navy
The BCOZZY pillow excels in providing double support for the head, neck, and chin, which is a distinct advantage over the more straightforward shapes like the SAIREIDER. Its adjustable ergonomic design allows users to customize support to prevent neck pain, especially for long flights or extended sitting. The flat-back shape avoids pushing the head forward, and the washable cover adds convenience. However, its bulkiness can be a drawback for those needing a lightweight or compact option, and the limited color choice might not appeal to everyone. This pillow makes the most sense for travelers who want tailored support and don’t mind packing a slightly larger pillow.Pros:- Provides double support for head, neck, and chin
- Adjustable to multiple ergonomic positions
- Flat-back design prevents head from pushing forward
- Machine washable for easy cleaning
Cons:- May be bulky when packed
- Limited color options (only navy)
Best for: Long-haul travelers or those with neck pain seeking customizable, double support support for head and chin
Not ideal for: Travelers prioritizing ultra-light, minimal packing or those who dislike bulky pillows
- Support Type:Double support for head, neck, and chin
- Size:Large
- Material:Breathable microfleece and microsuede, down alternative filling
- Washable:Yes
- Color:Navy
Our verdict“Suitable for travelers who want highly customizable support and don’t mind a larger pillow for comfort.”
How We Picked
Our evaluation focused on support, comfort, portability, and durability, as these are critical for long-flight sleep. We prioritized products with high-quality memory foam or ergonomic designs that promote neck alignment. Ease of use, such as adjustable features and packability, also influenced rankings, as travelers need convenience on the go. Additionally, we considered user feedback on reliability and comfort over extended periods, ensuring the top picks cater specifically to long flights and sleep quality. The ranking reflects a balance between support features, portability, and overall value for frequent travelers.Factors to Consider When Choosing Neck Pillows For Long Flights And Sleep
Choosing the right neck pillow for long flights involves more than just comfort; it’s about finding a balance between support, portability, and additional features that enhance sleep quality. The wrong pillow can lead to neck pain, discomfort, or inconvenience, especially after hours in transit. Understanding key factors helps you select a product that truly improves your travel experience and fits your needs, whether you’re a casual traveler or a frequent flyer.Support and Ergonomics
Support is the foundation of a good travel neck pillow. Look for designs with memory foam, contoured shapes, or adjustable features that promote proper neck alignment. Avoid overly soft or flimsy pillows that collapse under weight, as they won’t provide enough stability. The best pillow should cradle your neck without forcing your head into awkward angles, reducing the risk of stiffness and pain after long hours.
Portability and Size
Travel-friendly features like inflatable design, compact size, or included carrying bags make a big difference. Inflatable pillows are lightweight and easily stowed away when not in use, but may lack the same support as memory foam options. Conversely, bulkier pillows may offer superior comfort but can be cumbersome to carry and store, so consider your typical travel style when choosing.
Additional Comfort Features
Extras like built-in eye masks, noise-canceling features, or hoods can significantly enhance sleep, especially on overnight flights. These features help block out light and sound, creating a more restful environment. However, weigh the added complexity or weight of these features against their actual benefit—more isn’t always better if it compromises portability or ease of use.
Adjustability and Fit
Adjustable pillows allow you to customize support, which is especially useful if you share the pillow or have specific comfort preferences. Features like chin support or adjustable straps can prevent head slumping and improve overall stability. Be cautious of pillows with fixed shapes if you value versatility, as they may not fit all sleeping positions or body types.
Price and Value
While higher-priced pillows often offer premium materials and extra features, they aren’t always necessary for effective support. Consider your budget and how often you travel—investing in a slightly more expensive pillow can pay off if it significantly improves sleep quality over time. Conversely, if you only travel occasionally, a more affordable option with basic features might suffice.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose a neck pillow that prevents neck pain?
Look for a pillow that offers firm support with memory foam or ergonomic contours designed to keep your neck aligned. Avoid overly soft or floppy pillows that don’t hold their shape, as they can cause your head to slump forward or to the side. Adjustable features or chin supports can also help customize the fit, reducing strain during long periods of sleep.
Are inflatable pillows just as supportive as memory foam options?
Inflatable pillows are highly portable and easy to store, making them popular for travel. However, they often lack the same support and stability as memory foam models. While some inflatable options have multiple firmness settings, they may not provide consistent support over extended periods. Consider your support needs carefully—if neck pain is a concern, a memory foam pillow might be a better choice.
Is it worth paying more for a pillow with extra features like noise cancellation or built-in masks?
Extra features can enhance comfort, especially on long flights, but they also add weight and complexity. Noise-canceling pillows or those with hoods can block out light and sound, creating a more restful environment. However, evaluate whether these features genuinely improve your sleep experience or if a simpler pillow with good support would suffice—sometimes, less is more.
Should I get a pillow with chin support or adjustable straps?
Chin support and adjustable straps help prevent your head from falling forward or sideways, which is common during sleep on planes. These features are especially useful if you tend to slouch or if you share your pillow with others. Be cautious about overly complicated designs that might be difficult to clean or adjust—simplicity can sometimes be more effective and user-friendly.
How important is portability versus support when choosing a travel pillow?
Portability is essential if you carry your pillow frequently or prefer lightweight options, but it should not come at the expense of sufficient support. Inflatable or compact pillows are excellent for travel but may compromise on comfort, especially after hours of use. Balance your travel needs with your comfort priorities—if neck pain is common, investing in a more supportive, slightly bulkier pillow may be worthwhile.
Conclusion
For those seeking the best overall support and comfort, the Everlasting Comfort Upgraded Neck Pillow stands out as a top choice. Budget-conscious travelers or those new to travel pillows will appreciate the simplicity and affordability of the Ciorl Neck Pillow. Frequent flyers who value added features like eye masks or noise cancellation should consider options like the SkytraxComf® Travel Pillow with Hood. For premium support and durability, the BCOZZY Travel Neck Pillow offers adjustable double support, making it ideal for heavy travelers or those with neck issues. Think about your travel frequency, support needs, and feature preferences to select the pillow that will make your long flights more restful.
